12 Grade Classes

UNDER CONSTRUCTION. For personal use only.

Welcome to SENIOR YEAR!!! WHOO HOO! Can you believe it?!
Here's a video full of advice for this year. Here's an article not written by your Mom, so you know it has to be true. ;)
This year, I have put assignments on here to help keep you organized. Each one is a credit that you still need to graduate. Take this seriously, and do your best. You need to check this everyday. You'll do a few different ones everyday. Your Region 3 class work is not on here. You will have to be responsible for that on your own. We bought you a good planner. You need to write in this every time something is assigned that you still need to finish. For instance, you know that a test is scheduled for the end of the week, so in your planner you need to write what subject, and "test" on the Friday slot. This is good practice for college when you will have to keep track of ALL your subjects, projects, and work schedules this way.  I may drop some of what I have on here later on, and have you use your planner. Don't scoff at this. This is what real, young adult life is like. I know you can do this! Let's have an awesome finish to your last year of High School!
Here's a list of your projected year as a Senior.
1. Bible/ 1 High School elective credit
2. Anatomy and Physiology/ CLEP exam, 3 Junior science credits.
3. Ecomonics/ 1 High school credit
4. Dual Credit English, first semester, 3 Freshman credits
5. Dual Credit History, second semester, 3 Freshman credits
6. Region 3, Public Safety, year long---which gives you 5 credits toward your expected major in college PLUS an English/Speech high school credit. PLUS, the certifications that you will receive.
7. Dual Credit Economics, summer before college, 3 Sophomore or above credits.
OR
Dual Credit History, the next section, 3 Freshman credits.
8. Music lessons and orchestra, another elective credit.
I know this looks overwhelming. It's not as bad as it seems.   You will not be doing them all at once, notice. The schedule breaks it down into very doable days. BUT just look at all you get from it! Your transcripts are going to look awesome!
GO!!
