Humdrum

Terry has been working, working, working. So things are kind of humdrum around here. He got into a fender bender right before Christmas, so we only have one vehicle. So I just don't get out much. Unless I'm up in time to drive him to work. Right.
Here's an update, such as it is. We joined Facebook and found a whole bunch of old friends that we had lost contact with. Hooray! Terry was called to the be with a family whose loved one was passing away. Always difficult, but a very good way to help and witness. We're having a heat wave. 48 degrees! Everything is melting. Youth groups, church, church cleaning(it's our month), home school, music lessons. We're never really bored, but it is all the same old, same old.
Except for my Dad undergoing treatment for MDS. Yuck! He has to travel to Bangor every day this week. We thank the Lord that Dad can get a ride with the Lynx, a transport service provided for low income people. Please pray for my Mom and Dad! God is in control!!!
Anyway, here's a picture of our poor car. Terry's "driving in the snow" privileges have been revoked! Just kidding, Sweetie!

  1. Hi there! I just found your blog and wanted to say hi from Virginia. We are originally from Madawaska and have been through Lincoln many a time! Nice to see a fellow Mainiac :-)

    God bless,

    Kate
